Is there anyone too small, too insignificant for Jesus to notice and love? The Reverend Dr. Paul Gravrock of Ascension Lutheran Church in Thousand Oaks, California talks about how Jesus, how God uses those nameless ones in the Bible to do Big Things. The servant girl referenced in 2 Kings whose faith led to the healing of her master's leprosy is one example. The 10 lepers healed by Jesus in the Gospels are another. No one is insignificant in God's eyes, whether we ever know their names or not. Pastor Paul quotes Mother Teresa: "Not everyone can do great things, but we can all do small things with great love."
